ALGERIA
National Radio of the Saharan Arab Democratic Republic is now heard on 1550 kHz signing off at 0000 UTC which is a move from its long time used frequency of 1544 kHz. (Mark Connelly in NRC 65/22)
 
ESTONIA
Eesti R-4 has extended its schedule and now broadcasts Mon-Sat 0400-1515 Sun 0500-1515 on 612 kHz in Russian. (IZ)
 
RUSSIA
R Svobodnaya Rossiya were testing 918 kHz in parallel with 1359 kHz during February 0400-0700 1000-1300 & 1600-1900.
R Moya Volna has closed again, it was on 612 kHz. (IZ)
Voice of Russia is now heard on 612 kHz in English 1600-1800. (IZ)
R Noviy Gorod is a new station in Krasnoyarsk on 1053 kHz opening at 1000. (Voice of Russia DX Club via IZ)
R Radonezh in St Petersburg has dropped 1323 kHz and now broadcasts on 684 kHz, // Moscow 612 & 846. (IZ)
 
UKRAINE
BBCWS is relayed via Kharkiv on 612 kHz in Russian, Ukrainian and English.
R Mazhor in Savastopol tested 873 kHz during December. 1242 and 1584 kHz were previously used.
R Promin the 2nd prgm of Ukrainian Radio changed its frequency from 1359 to 1368 kHz. (Voice of Russia DX Club via IZ)
 
UNITED KINGDOM
Isle of Wight Radio is now broadcasting on 107·0 MHz and will soon leave its MW channel of 1242 kHz. (Ian Kelly)
