Robert Petraitis makes a couple of suggestions for adding extra data into the column that might prove useful.
1. Additonal info regarding the QSL received ... f=full data p = partial data, n = no data
2. Use of email. Since sending a report to a station via email obviously precludes sending return postage, then that column can be used to indicate whether the email was one-way or two-way ... e/ = sent via email, /e = received via email, e/e sent and rec

I think these are worthwhile suggestions, but it needs you to start using them (if appropriate) in your contributions. As you can see, I've included Robert's "f cd" "p lt" in the column this month. Thanks, Robert !!
