Propagation - Nothing to report ... it's been dead as far as I could tell. The rotor's finally given up, and the Yagi is beaming SE (could have been an even worse direction). But it does mean that I'm now stuck with all the London pirates blocking a lot of channels. No fun I can tell you. Worst (for dx-ing) is the Asian pirate on 87.85 variable which splatters from 87.6 up to 88.1 MHz.

Spain and Portugal fading in and out all afternoon at the bottom of the band. Unfortunately my aerial rotor only wanted to travel from North to East, and wouldn't go to SouthWest.

RSL - Radio London 87.7 MHz audible here weakly on NE beam. Station is in Harlow Essex until end of July. (Had been blocked by SilverFM). Format oldies and jingles etc.

Web - The Radio Authority has launched its own website. Much of the information repeats and expands on the info available in their pocket booklet. Unfortunately the info's rather dated, not least the PS names of many stations.

Propagation - John Faulkner reports that some E's got through around 1700. Band II activity from Italy and Bratislava - Funradio on 87.7. Everything below 88.0 MHz, mostly fair signals and lasted only 15 - 20 minutes.

Propagation - Woke at 2000 to find Cadena Cien had been and gone on 87.9, John Faulkner reported an opening to Spain and Morocco around 1730 UTC. Atlantic weather chart has a high pressure system coming in from the West, but no effects here in SE England yet.
